I just signed up for a membership! How can I access classes?

All classes live in the on-demand library here. We recommend adding this to your bookmarks for easy access.

When are live classes?

Once a month, on a rotating date. Check the monthly calendar on the app at the beginning of each month to sign up!

When are new classes uploaded?

Every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, plus early release YouTube classes every other Monday on The Glow Method App.

Every other Wednesday on YouTube.

How do I know which classes I've already taken on the app?

The video will have a small checkmark in the bottom right corner. There is also a “continue watching” category so that you can pick up right where you left off.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can manage your membership in your dashboard on the app or a web browser.

How do I cancel my membership?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

If you are looking for a refund, they are given on a case by case basis. Email me to chat about it. When you sign up, you are agreeing to pay the amount listed until you cancel the membership.

Why can’t I enter the coupon code?

— For a coupon code to work, it needs to be entered on a web browser. The app doesn’t allow codes! Once you’ve successfully applied it to your account, you can sign in on the app and see the discount reflected in your dashboard.

Why isn’t the coupon code working for me?

— It depends! If you found a coupon code in an old social media post, it might be expired. If you entered the promo code & accepted the upgrade offer (eg, from monthly to quarterly for a discount), the system only allows one promo at a time. The upgrade offer will override the coupon code.

I entered the one month free coupon code, but it still says my free trial will end in 7 days.

— Don’t worry, as long as you enter it successfully! All of our memberships automatically come with a 7 day free trial, so your free month is technically 37 days. Once your “free trial” is over, the system will charge you $0 on your first billing date.

How often do challenges or new series take place?

— I release a series every 3 months on The Glow Method app. Series are a collection of classes that have a theme, such as our Cycle Sync series, Advance Your Asana, or Chakra series. They range from 5 - 21 classes per.
