What is included in a retreat package?
It depends on the exact retreat! All retreats include accommodation, meals, classes, a gift bag and one free year of The Glow Method app. Most retreats also include activities and transportation to and from the airport. Airfare is not included.
What are the payment options?
After the initial deposit, you can choose to pay in full or by payment plan. The most common plan is 4 months, but I offer 6 month plans to those who need a bit longer as well. If you're signing up less than 3 months before the retreat start date, the payment can be split into two, as long as it's paid in full 3 weeks before the retreat start date.
Are classes on retreat different from online classes?
Yes & no! Practicing in person is an immersive, transformative experience, but Kaylie leads similar classes to those uploaded online. Every morning starts with meditation and breath work, leading right into the first practice. She offers hands on assists and personal cues to help you grow and expand!
I've already been to one Glow Method retreat, should I attend another?
We love to have returning guests on retreat, and it happens often! Once you've felt the magic of being there, it's hard not to come back. Each retreat is totally different, so you could attend every one and learn something new.

Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes, we are honored to offer 1-2 scholarship spots per year to someone in need. If you're experiencing financial hardship or personal challenges that prevent you from attending on your own, we'd love to help you. BIPOC and student communities are prioritized, but anyone is welcome to apply. This includes the retreat package, but not the airfare.
Are retreats co-ed?
It depends on the retreat! Some retreats are for women only, but others are open to everyone.
Will there be free time?
Yes, we always include a few hours of free time during the day to relax, get a massage, or be outside in nature. You can also opt out of activities if you'd like. The schedule is very thoughtful and we'll give you a general overview of the week before you arrive so that you are prepared.
