As humans, we are constantly shifting and evolving, physically, emotionally and energetically. Each class is a gentle invitation to journey inward and meet yourself, wherever you are today.
Rooted in mindfulness, our flow classes are playful, dynamic and nourishing. We embrace the nuances of functional movement and mobility through creative sequencing while honoring the traditions of yoga. Stillness is always encouraged, too!
Move to the beat of the music in high spice, low impact classes. We focus on building total body muscular endurance and core stability, so that carrying your groceries up the stairs or picking up your toddler feels effortless.
We may be yogis at our core, but we understand the importance of a well-rounded routine. Our weighted, high intensity classes are empowering and designed with longevity in mind. We're all for supporting bone density and cardiovascular health as you age.

We strive to keep it fresh with new classes three times a week plus one community livestream class per month. With our suggested weekly schedule, you'll have the opportunity to discover and revisit past classes in the library.
Our ever growing library means there's a class for every mood - whether you're looking for a spicy burn or nourishing stretch. Plus, with the ability to filter by class style, equipment, cycle phase, length and more, finding the perfect class to fit your needs has never been more convenient.
Members get exclusive access to The Glow Method's community page - where you can ask Kaylie questions, share about your movement journey and make friends from all over the world!
Our retreats provide an immersive experience that rejuvenates your body, mind, and soul. Connect with like-minded women in a new setting, awaken your senses with nourishing food, spend time in nature, and welcome moments of presence in.
