the retreat

October 9th - 13th, 2025

This 4 night, 5 day experience will be a grounding, holistic experience to awaken the senses through daily somatic movement and connection with nature.

Each day, a peaceful wake up with the sun flows into a guided meditation and movement practice in the studio overlooking mountain views. After breakfast, our days will be spent admiring the fall foliage during walks in the forest, heating up in the sauna before a cold plunge and learning about herbalism in eye opening workshops. Our second movement practice will take place sometime in the late afternoon or evening. As a community, we’ll sit down each evening to enjoy an Ayurvedic dinner followed by nightly chats around the fireplace or bonfire.

this is your sign to…

embrace the transformative energy of autumn

what previous guests say…

  • If you’re questioning doing a retreat with Kaylie, 1000% do it. It was one of the most special experiences of my life and I couldn’t recommend it more. I was a little nervous to travel by myself without knowing anyone, but Kaylie attracted incredible people and made everyone feel so comfortable. It was the perfect balance of relaxation, movement and group activities - I left the retreat feeling refreshed and with lifelong connections.

  • This retreat was so much more than a yoga/pilates getaway– it was a journey of self-discovery and renewal. The Glow Method retreat has left an indelible mark on my life, providing me with experiences and connections that I will carry with me long after leaving the beautiful Tuscan countryside. For anyone seeking a truly transformative experience that engages all aspects of their being, I cannot recommend The Glow Method retreat highly enough. You deserve to take care of yourself! And this IS the way to do it.

  • The Re-Connect Retreat was truly a dream. Each day was filled with meditation, movement, and fresh food. Kaylie and Maddy created such a positive and welcoming environment and led amazing workouts!

activities

We believe in the power of spending time in nature and slowing down enough to fully experience the world around us. Autumn is a stunning, yet short, season so we’ll prioritize enjoying every minute of presence that we can. Nothing says fall like long walks through the vibrant trees or sitting by the fire chatting with a group of new friends. To round out our connection to nature, we’ll dive deep into learning about herbalism and the ways that the plant world can help us heal and thrive.
